Saab 2006 sales event: Knock Hill race in Scotland.
Out Is In Marquees were asked to supply a track side view for over 100 of Saab's customers for the day of car demonstrations and an exhibition of Saabs top display teams. 5 of Out Is In's largest 38ft x 28ft Capri marquees were joined together on the final straight of Knock Hills world class race track. The corporate day went so well that 'Out Is In' were asked back to be the main host of the 2007 Scottish motor show.

One of Out Is In's biggest corporate events to date has been the main Supplier for the 2007 Scottish Motor show. After the success of the Saab's corporate event in 2006 the organizers requested Out Is In's unique Capri style marquees to house the main exhibitor's space. They wanted a style of marquee that would not only offer shelter for the exhibitors and their products but also offer a contemporary aesthetic to the main stage of the show. The Capri marquees were linked together using each 19 ft arch of the Capri's main structure to separate the exhibitors into there own area yet still allowing the public to walk from one stand to the next under cover and safe from the Scottish weather.
Camden Green Fair & Bike Fest 2008
Out is in were pleased to be involved in one of London's premium green festivals, our Capri marquees were used to show off 'Trek's' new mountain bike range. The event gave visitors a chance to enjoy a huge range of free environmental activities; the workshops had everything from eco fashion to mountain bike racing. The marquees were used not only for there visual impact but for an important environmental stand point. Thanks to the Capri compact storage design Out Is In were able to deliver and set up the event in one of there small vehicles leaving no impact on the parks environment.

Although 'Big Fest' this year was hindered by the weather the public still turned out in there hundreds to enjoy the big day.
Poplar festival
Poplar HARCA organized a family festival to celebrate their 10 year anniversary and a thank you to local residents for their role in the regeneration of the Poplar area.
The festival began with a colourful parade led by Nostalgia steel band and street performers from Chrisp Street market. Local young people and shoppers blew their whistles and danced their way through Lansbury's streets to Bartlett Park, to officially open the festival with a jamming session.
Corporate water-ski day
Proving yet again the versatility of Capri marquees 'Out is in' were able to squeeze in one of there 20ft x 30ft marquees on the lake side of the princess club waterski park in Middlesex, helping DMI Productions organize a corporate event to remember. The Capri's design with no guide ropes or external aluminum frame allowed 'Out is In' to set up right next to the lake. The Marquee was used as a Bar area for refreshments during the day and later as a dance area and bar in the evening. The weather was on everyone's side and a great day and night was had by all.
Charity Events

Knowing 'Out Is In' Charity work in the area the Lord Taverns asked out is in to support them in rising money this year. The shoot had a huge turn out and after a great day shooting the marquee was an ideal venue for the guests to return to the warm from the afternoon's Auction. Once again helping local charity was a pleasure knowing all our effort can create some amazing results.
Dreams Come True Polo Gold Cup.
Working with such a worthwhile charity as 'Dreams Come True' was a really privilege for 'Out Is In'. The fundraiser was held at Cowdray polo Park during the prestigious Gold Cup. Out Is In marquee have been involved in polo events in the past, enabling us to show off these great style marquees at such events where style is everything. The Gold Cup was once again a fantastic day and we wish Dream comes true all the success in the future.
Help for Heroes
'Out Is In' Marquees were delighted to be asked by Lady Beaverbrook of Cherkley House to help raise money for 'Help for Heroes. The day was a fantastic success rising over £6500.00. Although Out is In marquees main business is contemporary events using our Capri style structures we are well equipment to fit into the more traditional environment like Cherkley court. The house has a lovely sun terrace over looking the orangery, Out Is In set up one of their 'Pagoda' marquees on the terrace linking the dining area and the outside space of the sun terrace allow more guests to attend the event. We would like to thank Lady Beaverbrook for involving us in their charity event and hope to be able to help in any other events at Cherkley Court.
'Friends of Pennthorpe'.
'Out Is In' Marquee have always be interested in local projects and when the Charity 'Friends of Pennthorpe' approached Director of Out Is In; Tom Longhurst he was excited to be a part of their summer ball fundraiser. Donating a 28ft Capri marquee as a prize helped the total raised to be over £5000.00. This year they choose to support an Autistic children's school in Cranleigh. St Joseph school in Cranleigh aim to use the money to design and implement their ideas for a Sensory Garden which will be an enormous help to all the kids at St Joseph's.
